8. Payment Option

Monthly Rent Payment

Payment can be mailed in, made in the office during office hours, or dropped off through the slot in the front office door at any time.

Rent payments are due on the 1st of each month, and are considered late after the 10th of the month.
If the 10th falls on a Sunday or Monday when the office is closed, the payment is due no later than close of business (4pm) the Saturday before.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, check or money orders. You can make
your payment by mail, in person in the office during office
hours, or slide your payment through the slot in the front
door anytime. If you’ve chosen to have your invoices emailed to you, you can pick up pre-addressed envelopes in the office anytime during normal office hours if needed.

Payments by Debit or Credit cards can be made over the phone or in person during regular office hours. Instead of increasing rents to cover the amount that is charged to our business for tenants using this payment method, we charge a little extra for this service if you choose to pay this way. The extra fee varies depending upon the dollar amount being charged. We also offer rent payments to be charged automatically around the 5th of every month using this method. Want to have your bank mail us a check for your monthly rent? On-line bill pay is pretty simple: Just log into your bank and look for the section that usually is labeled “Pay”, “Bill Pay” or “Pay Bills”. Just enter El Dorado Storage Center, our address 4700 CA Hwy 49, El Dorado, CA 95623, then type in your Unit # in the “Account Number” section. This service will print out a paper check and mail it to us, when you instruct it to. This can be set up as a recurring payment, so you don’t even have to think about it, or you can log-in to your bank and have it sent at your convenience. Many banks offer basic bill pay service for FREE with their checking accounts. Note: If you choose to pay this way, be sure to allow enough time for the Post Office to deliver before the last day to pay, as it can take 7-10 days after the check is cut to arrive in our mailbox.
A lot of banks offer Zelle “No Fee” electronic bank-to-bank transfers. If your bank offers this service, it’s usually located under the “Pay”, “Bill Pay” or “Pay Bills” section. It takes about 2 minutes to enroll. Once you have enrolled, simply add our email: info@eldoradostoragecenter.com, then add the amount you’d like to send, and type your Unit # in the memo or account # section, then hit “confirm”. This can be set up as a recurring payment, so you don’t even have to think about it, or you can log-in to your bank and have it sent monthly at your convenience.
